What we store
The meeting name, the times the organiser offers, and each guest's name, time zone and marked availability. PINs are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. An email address is only kept if you give one, and only used for meeting notices.
What we never store
Calendar files you import stay in your browser — we never receive event titles or details. We never sell or share your data.
Free, always
SyncWithTeam is completely free to use. To cover server operations, holiday API requests, and ongoing development without gating any features, we display a minimal amount of non-intrusive advertising and accept voluntary donations. Paid supporter options will only ever remove ads or add your own colours, logo and short links.
Fair use
Don't use the service for spam, abuse, or automated traffic that disrupts it. We may remove meetings that break these rules.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is. Always double-check a booked time in your own calendar.
