How it works

  1. 1

Pick the times you could meet

Choose a period, add where people are, and click or drag a box over the grid. Colours show office hours, lunch, early/late hours and night for each place. Weekends, holidays and festive days are labelled under each date.

  2. 2

    Share the guest link

Guests type a name and a short PIN — no account needed. They mark “I can” or “maybe” only among the times you offered, and can see everyone else's answers side by side.

  3. 3

    Choose the best window

Once two people have answered, pick a meeting length. You get the best windows ranked: most people first, then office hours over lunch, and lunch over early or late hours. Download a calendar file to book it.

Holidays in 100+ countries

We keep an up-to-date list of public holidays, bank holidays and festive days for more than 100 countries, refreshed regularly from several official sources. Add where people are and their local holidays show up right in the grid — so you never propose a day half the group has off.

Your calendar stays yours

If you connect a calendar, we never receive or store what your meetings are about — no titles, no guests, no notes, no locations. All we take in is whether a time is free, tentative or busy.
